Rabina Aziz

Rabina is an Associate Solicitor who joined Family Law Group in January 2021. Rabina is based in our Nottingham office and specialises in injunctions, non-molestation orders and private children matters, she also represents clients at court.

Rabina completed her law degree in 2012 and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2015 before beginning her legal career as a Legal Assistant in debt recovery. She then transitioned to a paralegal role in motor recovery before training as a solicitor at a boutique firm, where she gained experience in family law, wills, and immigration. Rabina qualified as a solicitor in July 2020 and joined Family Law Group as an Assistant Solicitor in January 2021. She achieved Law Society Accreditation in2022 and was promoted to Associate Solicitor in September 2024. Rabina’s passion for law began at a young age, inspired by a school trip to court. She can assist clients with divorce, financial disputes, private law children’s proceedings, and injunction proceedings. Known for her organisation, warm personality, and empathetic approach, Rabina is deeply committed to supporting clients through challenging times. She thrives on the variety family law offers, combining office-based work with court advocacy, and takes great satisfaction in knowing her guidance makes a meaningful difference in her clients’ lives.

Outside of work, Rabina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, learning how to cook and bake and when allowed, travelling. She can also speak Bengali and understands Urdu and Hindi.
