Hayley completed her law degree at the University of Buckingham and following this, studied for her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in June 2016, Hayley went onto work in the family legal department of a firm of solicitors in Milton Keynes, where she headed up the emergency proceedings department and trained volunteers at local domestic abuse organisations and local council. Hayley continues to support domestic abuse organisations throughout Bedfordshire by providing training to domestic abuse organisations and free advice clinics on a monthly basis.
Hayley due to her expertise undertakes complex cases which include allegations of non-accidental injury to children within care proceedings and allegations of serious physical and sexual harm in private children and domestic abuse proceedings. Hayley also undertakes cases that involve international relocation, child abduction and forced marriage protection orders.
Hayley is an accomplished advocate and enjoys using her negotiating skills to be the voice of a client and help them towards the best outcome. Hayley undertakes her own advocacy whenever possible. Her passion lies in miscarriages of justice and helping the most vulnerable of clients. Hayley has recently completed courses on understanding autism and ADHD to enhance her knowledge to assist clients with neurodiverse needs or clients who have children with additional needs.
Hayley’s aim is to be patient, empathetic and considerate with clients at all times and be adaptable to different situations. For Hayley, each case is different and this provides her with a challenge on a daily basis.
Outside of her career, Hayley runs a farm of livestock with her partner and when not looking after sheep and cows, she enjoys baking and travelling to explore new places. She is a very active person and has completed a charity 600km cycle ride around Asia and recently ran the London Marathon.

'Hayley represented me on a very complex non molestation order case where I had asked for a order on my ex partner. My ex partner was disputing this even with convictions against him I was set to give up after nearly a year of fighting him but Hayley remained positive and did all she could within her role. She got me to the end of a difficult year and a long non molestation order extension, with an additional part where he could not try again to dispute the order till after he was released from prison.
