Our life coaching sessions provide support and guidance for those clients attending mediation, or going through a difficult time as a result of their separation or any other family issues. Offered throughout Nottingham and Chesterfield, life coaching can assist those clients with acceptance and moving forward in their lives and re-build confidence and self-esteem.
Sometimes the fear of making changes or having to start again can prevent you from living your life to its full potential. Our Life Coach, Sarah Lockson will work with you on this, and with her training, knowledge and life experiences will help you through your difficult time to enable you to make positive change and transform the way in which you make major decisions in your life.
Life coaching can help you get back on track if you are struggling in any of these areas:
- Facing a difficult situation
- Struggling with confidence
- Feeling stuck in your life
- Struggling after a separation or divorce
- Wishing to achieve your goals
- Focusing more on the future
- Have feelings of anxiousness
“Life Coaching has enabled me to reach deep within my emotions and realise how everything I do affects every aspect of my life, how I can balance out my life but, most importantly, to realise that, as an individual who cares about other people and tends to prioritise other people’s needs, it is ok to put myself first without feeling selfish or like I’m failing someone. Sarah has such a kind heart and is very easy to speak with – with her charisma and willingness to listen, she made me realise how many things I had bottled up and open up about my feelings.”
"Sarah has given me the confidence to take on a new route in life, which otherwise I would not have done. She is full of good ideas and helped to direct me in exploring further information relating to my ambitions. Her approach is positive and this helped me to think that my goal is achievable."
"Sarah is helpful, kind and knowledgeable and I felt that I could confide in her about my hopes and aspirations."
"I spoke with Sarah who asked me a number of questions which enabled me to identify the solution. This was a very empowering experience."
