Family Law Finance Solicitor Nottingham
Family Law Group Ltd is looking for a family law Finance Solicitor within their Nottingham office. We are a leading firm of family law Solicitors specialising in all areas of family law including divorce & separation, child arrangements, care proceedings, matrimonial finance & property, mediation, collaborative law, forced marriage and domestic abuse injunctions.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer with a solid background in private matrimonial finance matters and a proven legal track record to join this rapidly expanding legal firm within the Nottingham office.
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE and a background in matrimonial finance matters, with expertise in dealing with low to medium value finance cases. You will also be experienced in court representation, interim contested hearings, FDR’s and round the table negotiations.
The firm is looking for an ambitious person who is enthusiastic about their area of law, effective at business development, and has excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and team skills. You must be able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision and be prepared to develop further through networking and links with local sources of referral work.
