The role

Family Law Group is a leading firm of family law Solicitors specialising in all areas of family law including divorce & separation, child arrangements, care proceedings, matrimonial finance & property, mediation, collaborative law, forced marriage and domestic abuse injunctions.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer with a solid background in private client matters and a proven legal track record to join this rapidly expanding legal firm.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE and a strong background in Private Law Children and Public Law proceedings and advocacy experience.   The successful candidate will also be required to be a Member of the Children Panel due to a high level of Guardian work, and must be confident in undertaking contested hearings.

You will be an ambitious person who is enthusiastic about their area of law, effective at business development, and has excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and team skills. You must be able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision and be prepared to develop further through networking and links with local sources of referral work.
